Little Sprouts Daycare offers a safe, nurturing environment where your child will get the attention and care that he or she needs to thrive.
I invite you to come a learn with us at Little Sprouts Daycare. A place where your child is free to learn and discover while being themselves. I offer your child a fun and creative environment to grow in and meet new playmates.
Every day is different at Little Sprouts. While each day has a scheduled agenda I give children freedom by creating a learning environment that is conducive to their personality, temperament and the way in which they learn best. Some children thrive when watching others do an activity before they try while others explore best by digging right in and using their own hands and ideas. I plan daily activities according to what children I have on each day so the day is more catered to your child instead of being generalized.
I love it when children look forward to coming each day therefore I strive to create an environment that children love. I am creative, energetic, caring and enjoy doing things outside of the box if it benefits the children. I also enjoy working with each parent and having an open dialogue so we can create an environment that best suits the child I am working with.
Building character is very important as a mom and a daycare provider. I give and make many opportunities for children to learn and experience the importance of things like honesty, teamwork, being considerate, sharing, responsibility, respect, empathy, self control, etc. I like to reward children in some way when I see these character traits being used. There is so much more I could say so let me know if would like to know anymore about the programming I offer or if you have questions about myself.
The following are the prices and daily schedule:
Before school care: $7.50
After school care: $7.50
Half day (up to and including 4 hours): $20
Full day (4 1/2 hours and up): $35
Hours: 7 a.m.- 5 p.m. (unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon).
School day schedule:
7am Breakfast and free time
8:00 - 8:15 Bathroom break and get ready for outside
8:15 Morning school run and outside time
9:30 Snack
10:00 Circle time and morning activity
11:00 Free choice time
11:45 Bathroom break, hand washing
12:00 Lunch then teeth brushing
1:00 Quiet rest time
2:30 Bathroom break and get ready for outside
2:45 Afternoon school run and outside time
3:30 Snack
3:45 Free choice time/outside
5:00 Home time
I have worked with children for the past 10 years. I have a current CPIC, First aid and CPR certificate as well as any references that would like to see.
