I am a loving mother, my daughter is now 12. I have always wanted to look after children, so runnig my own home business has been very fullfilling for me. I have cared for children of all ages from birth - 12 yrs of age. And Enjoy what I do. Some children in care have had some medical issues or special needs, that I don't have any problem taken care of.
I offer all shifts, days evening and over nights. Monday - Friday. Daily the children get to play freely. Both indoors and outdoors.Out doors I have builded a playground and filled the entire yard with sand. Indoors we do free play, dance, exercise, arts and crafts (occasionally) circle time, storys etc. Meals and snacks will be provided to the children depending on when they are in care. I have been in business for 11 years now and have enjoyed it so much. Prior to that I have taken co-op classes in a Jk/Sk class and at a daycare centre to when I was hired as a supply teacher there after graduation. I have also done babysitting since I was young and have 4 younger siblings and many cousins that I have looked after. My strong points I would say that I can handle almost any situation that comes up. My weak points is that I do tend to get to attached to the children. I have watched over 100 over the years and still wonder what they are doing, what they look like now, how are they doing. We are like a big happy family here.
