Right now I am looking ofr a way to deal with more extreme toddler behaviour.  I watch a boy with lots of negative behaviours(they are getting a bit better), but it has a negative impact on the rest of the kids...

I am not looking to drop the child just to make it easier on everyone involved...

Thank you for your note. The Ontario Early Years Centre in Kingston offers a workshop on coping with toddler behaviour as well as behaviour management. Sometimes the hardest part is communicating the behaviour issue to the parents. Getting them on board is key.

Yes dealing with the parents was a big part of the issue.  Unfortunatly, it was a long term client.  However nothing worked and after many months it was causing too much stress(this is my childrens home).  I am thinking that the behaviour may lay outside of the normal range for a toddler/preschooler behaviour. 

The child is no longer in care, which is working well for the rest of the kids and myself. 

I will hopefully fill the space now that things have calmed down

Yes! dealing with the parents especially when it comes to their financial obligations to the daycare. I already experienced 2 parents No call, No show, No payment and still expecting they still have that spots in the daycare.
