I have 3 providers on my street. I know about 10 personally. And feel that there must be at least one caregiver on every street! (there seems to be a lot)

Yes there do seem to be a LOT of providers.

I offer 24/7 service and I see few provider willing to take on these clients.

Yes! a lot of them, in my area there are 10 surrounds me and a little bit farther more. Looks like new trend now most moms who are taking maternity leave doing a home daycare. Ajax, Ontario.

There seems to be so many but also the demand is so high.  Since starting this I haven't had any problems finding people but situations change so much the turnover seems high.  Anyone else had this problem?

Yes turn over can be high.

I have found a lot of new providers are temporary too...

I have a long term client still with me though.
